What is “Personal Information” and what Personal Information does DG -EZ collect?
DG-EZ defines “personal information” as information about an individual that enables someone to identify or contact that individual and includes‚ among other things‚ that individual’s full name‚ address‚ telephone number and email address‚ as well as other information maintained by DG -EZ that may be used in combination with one of the foregoing identifiers‚ such as account history or financial information. DG -EZ collects personal information from you when you voluntarily submit that information to us upon registration as an DG -EZ customer or DG -EZ.com customer through our Site‚ when you apply for a job through our Site or otherwise elect to contact us through the Site. However‚ if you decide not to register‚ you will not be granted access and should discontinue all use of the Site.
